🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy
We partner with leading logistics companies to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Dispatch Time: Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 working days.
Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your pin code.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free on many products, but may vary based on order size, location, and delivery method.
Shipping charges, if any, are clearly mentioned at checkout.
Live Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
🔄 Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We accept returns under specific conditions and aim to keep the process simple.
✅ Return Window:
You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
📦 Return Is Accepted When:
You received a wrong product (wrong size, color, or design).
The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during delivery.
❌ Return Is Not Accepted When:
The product was used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Slight shade differences occur due to lighting or screen displays.
Return is requested after 7 days of delivery.
💸 Return Deductions & Delivery Fees
We strive to keep things fair for everyone.
If return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product):
✅ Full refund + return shipping cost covered by us.
If return is due to customer-side reason (wrong size, change of mind, etc.):
🚫 Refund will be processed after deducting:
Original delivery charge
Return pickup cost
Note: We do not charge extra restocking fees unless explicitly mentioned on certain bulk/custom orders.
🧾 Payment Terms
ZeroHold offers a wide range of secure and flexible payment options:
UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards
Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
COD (Cash on Delivery) in select areas
EMI or Pay Later Options (subject to availability)
Invoicing & Taxes:
All invoices are automatically generated and available in your account section.
Prices listed include all applicable taxes (GST) unless specified.
💳 Refund Policy
We process all verified refunds within 5–7 working days.
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
COD Orders: Refunds issued via bank transfer or wallet (you will be asked to share details securely).
Refunds are initiated only after return is received and passed inspection.
